This Exchange Policy applies to all orders placed on www.glamia.in and is designed to ensure fairness, hygiene, and quality control.
π Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges only in limited cases.
β Exchange is allowed ONLY if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- You provide a clear, continuous unboxing video from opening the sealed package
β οΈ Without an unboxing video, no exchange will be approved.
β Exchange is NOT allowed for:
- Change of mind
- Color, design, or style preference
- Size or appearance expectations
- Normal wear and tear
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Products used, worn, or tampered with
For hygiene reasons, hair accessories and bags are not eligible for exchange once used.
π Exchange Process
If your exchange request is approved:
- The replacement product will be dispatched within 5β7 business days
- Exchange will be for the same product only
- If the same product is unavailable, you may choose:
- A store credit, or
- A refund (as per our Refund Policy)
π Shipping for Exchanges
- If the issue is from Glamiaβs side, we cover exchange shipping
- If not, exchange shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

- Order ID
- Reason for exchange
- Unboxing video/photos (mandatory)
Requests without proper proof will be automatically rejected.

- All exchange requests are reviewed case-by-case
- Glamiaβs decision after verification is final
- Repeated misuse of exchange requests may lead to order restrictions
