This policy applies to all purchases made on www.glamia.in and follows Razorpay guidelines.
🔁 Return Policy
We sell fashion accessories (hair accessories & bags). Due to hygiene and quality reasons:
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference (color, style, size)
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
Returns are accepted ONLY if:
- Product is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- A clear unedited unboxing video is provided
⚠️ No unboxing video = No return or refund.
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after verification
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay
- COD refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side
❌ Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation:
- Allowed only within 2 hours of order placement
- Not allowed once the order is processed or shipped
Merchant Cancellation:
Glamia may cancel orders due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Payment failure
- Incorrect address
- Suspected fraud
In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
🚚 Failed Delivery
Orders are not eligible for refund if delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
