Products must be unused, in original packaging.

Earrings and hygiene-sensitive accessories cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or wrong item, we offer a free replacement.
